G. Tenediotis was born in 1965 and is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Athens Bar Association since 1995. He is a graduate of the Athens University Law School and holds a Master's degree (LL.M.) in International European and Commercial Law, University of Kent at Canterbury, UK and an M.Sc. in Business for Lawyers from the Athens Laboratory of Business Administration (ALBA). He is fluent in English.
G. Tenediotis predominantly handles all areas of contentious and non-contentious commercial and corporate law cases, acting for entrepreneurs and corporate entities from a variety of industries (cosmetics, beverages, finance etc.). An important part of his work is advising companies on corporate finance issues and mergers as well as on all types of commercial agreements and contracts, such as distribution, trademark and corporate bonds. He is also an expert in matters relating to national and international trademarks, the Athens Stock Exchange Regulatory Compliance and corporate governance.
RECENT ACTIVITY
- Represented a securities investment company in a civil litigation relating to a case of fraud.
- Represented a major Greek company in a case relating to an objection against a Community Trade Mark (CTM).
- Acting as legal counsel of a preeminent cosmetics company, which is listed in the Athens Stock Exchange.
- Advising one of the leading alcoholic beverages companies in the Greek market.
- Advising a Greek corporation in relation to the negotiation and execution of a multi-million corporate bond.
- Advising a Greek company in a trademark and distribution agreement with a global consumer health group of companies, concerning the areas of North and South America.
